Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of RoadsideProof.
Last updated 2026-07-27
1. What the service is
RoadsideProof computes figures from public FMCSA datasets and, for a fee, checks the completeness of a Request for Data Review you intend to file yourself. It is an information service.
2. What the service is not
- It is not a law firm and provides no legal advice or representation.
- It does not file, submit, or transmit anything to FMCSA, DataQs, or any state agency on your behalf.
- It does not request, hold, or use credentials for your FMCSA Portal, DataQs, or Login.gov accounts.
- It makes no commitment as to how any agency will decide any matter.
3. Your responsibility as the filer
Any Request for Data Review you submit is your filing. You sign it, and that signature is made under penalty of 18 U.S.C. 1001. You are responsible for the accuracy of every statement in it, including statements assembled from fields you confirmed in this service.
4. Accuracy and limits of the figures
Figures shown are computed from public FMCSA data and are estimates where FMCSA does not publish an authoritative value. This is our estimate from public FMCSA data, not an official FMCSA percentile. Every figure carries the date of the data snapshot it was computed from. You are encouraged to verify against the FMCSA Portal.
5. Fees
The paid check is $79, charged once, before delivery. Payment is processed by Paddle.com Inc. as merchant of record.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SOV17 LLC's aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Contact
SOV17 LLC, 3 Moskovyan St., Kentron, Yerevan 0001, Republic of Armenia. [email protected].
