What this software does

RoadsideProof software automatically assembles a draft Request for Data Review from a fixed template, using records you upload and the public FMCSA data extract. You confirm every value before it enters the draft.

The filing is yours. A Request for Data Review is submitted by you, under your name, and the certification on it is signed under 18 U.S.C. 1001 by the person filing it. We never ask for your FMCSA Portal, DataQs or Login.gov credentials, and we never sign in on your behalf.

Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing here says what your filing will achieve. The reviewing agency decides, and the burden of showing it is wrong is yours.

When these terms apply

They take effect when you continue past the notice shown before your first upload, and they cover every document you upload after that. The notice and the privacy policy say what happens to your data; these terms say what you promise about it and what a purchase covers. A later version does not rewrite an acceptance recorded under an earlier version.

What one purchase covers

The service price is $79 USD before applicable taxes. Paddle shows the applicable taxes and final total before you confirm payment. It covers an automated completeness check and a fixed-template draft of your first Request for Data Review for one inspection and the selected violation in the case, or one selected federal crash record and crash type under CPDP. A different inspection, violation or crash is a separate purchase.

Before payment, you can upload supporting documents and see the eligibility and completeness preview. No grounds for a request, missing evidence, and a document we cannot read are different results; none is a promise of an agency outcome. Payment unlocks the first-request draft.

Within the case's access period, after payment, you may correct confirmed values and add supporting documents for that same first request, with no further charge. Every revised draft uses only values you have confirmed.

The purchase covers the first filing only. It does not include drafting after an agency refusal, or drafting for Reconsideration or Final Review. The separate free case tracker offers dates and reminders for a request you file yourself. Dates that depend on a future decision become available when you enter that event; this is not a complete calendar of future agency decisions. The inspection review-stage calendar and inspection percentile comparison do not apply to a CPDP crash kit.

Access and saving your draft

Save your draft before access expires. The case and its documents are deleted 14 days after the first upload and cannot be restored. Payment does not extend the access period or restore an expired case.

You may buy again for a new case, including after expiry. A new case is a new purchase. Nothing is charged automatically.

Payment and refunds

Paddle is the merchant of record. The Paddle company contracting with you is identified in checkout and on your receipt. Paddle sends your payment confirmation by email.

Our Refund Policy applies alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory buyer rights. An adverse agency decision alone is not a software defect, and does not exclude a refund for a separate software defect. Our refund commitments for a software defect, non-delivery or a duplicate charge remain available under our Refund Policy.

For refund support, write to support@roadsideproof.app with your receipt or transaction reference; never email card details or case documents. We answer refund support requests within five business days. This is a support-response deadline, not a refund-approval or bank-posting deadline. Your records and your drivers

By uploading a document you give SOV17 LLC two warranties — statements we rely on as true — and you take on one duty.

• The records you upload are records of your own operation: inspections of your vehicles, citations issued in your operation, and the court papers that go with them.
• You have the right to share those records with SOV17 LLC and with the one provider that processes them for us — Google Cloud, which hosts our servers and, where a page is read with the help of an AI model, reads it with Gemini on Vertex AI in the United States — for one purpose: preparing your Request for Data Review.
• The duty: your drivers. These records usually name a driver. Telling your drivers that you share them for this purpose is your side of your relationship with them — we have no relationship with your drivers and no way to reach them.

If a record is not yours to share, do not upload it.

Changes

When these terms change, the date above changes with them, and the notice before upload names the version you are agreeing to.
