Why the refusal costs the same
If your documents do not support a filing, you still paid $79 and you still got the work: we read the documents, checked the categories, and told you which one you fall outside of, with the reason.
Pricing that only charges for a yes would quietly reward us for finding grounds where there are none. The answer has to cost the same in both directions for it to be worth anything.
Payment and billing
Payment is processed by Paddle.com Inc., which acts as merchant of record and appears as such on your statement. We do not see or store card details.
