Refunds
When a refund applies and how to request one.
Refunded in full
- The check was not delivered.
- The check was delivered against the wrong DOT number or the wrong inspection.
- A defect on our side made the result unusable — a wrong calculation, a broken draft, a deadline stated incorrectly.
- You were charged more than once for the same check.
Not refunded
- FMCSA or the state decided against your filing. The decision is theirs, we promise no outcome, and we say so before payment. An adverse agency decision alone is not a software defect, and does not exclude a refund for a separate software defect.
How to ask
For refund support, write to support@roadsideproof.app with your receipt or transaction reference; never email card details or case documents. We answer refund support requests within five business days. This is a support-response deadline, not a refund-approval or bank-posting deadline.
Paddle is the merchant of record. The Paddle company contracting with you is identified in checkout and on your receipt. Refunds are returned by the same route as the payment. You can also contact Paddle through its official buyer support.
Our Refund Policy applies alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory buyer rights.
